Since this is in the 1.x version of facets, pre-stable, I'm going to close this issue.
Just as shown in the image my facet block has lengthy link text, which is trimmed. But the user needs to view the full text while hovering above the text and we can do it by adding tooltip functionality.
It would be nice to include the title attribute to links so that it will provide tooltip functionalities which can be very useful in situations like above.
