Right now the tests provided in the module are based on code, which was provided by the tmgmt_google module.
The tmgmt_deepl_test sub module provided a custom controller with mock API endpoints for translation and usage data, like deepl does.

Since we plan to use the deepl-php library, we will rework all existing tests and add new ones for the glossary functionality.
