In order to connect an account to a Stripe platform, you need a redirect URI that the account is sent back to from Stripe. This must be a publicly accessible https URL, and it must be predefined in the Stripe platform settings. In order to facilitate configuration, since we define this menu item, we should include help text with a URI the admin can copy / paste into Stripe when configuring the Platform settings in Drupal.
