Re-roll patch, since the update hook in https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_workflow/issues/3060743 → has been merged.
There are instances where it would be useful to be able to extend workflow history. This patch adds a new data column (serialized array) to the table and integrates it with the codebase with two new alter hooks.
