Ad campaigns are not deactivating

I have set several ad campaigns to days, put the number of days the campaign should run, and the start date to this format: mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm am. When the number of days passes at the point the ad campaign should then become inactive it does not. In fact it never becomes inactive, which rather makes this module unusable, in my case.

I wonder if I have missed something in the setup...
