Read more text position is not up to mark

Problem/Motivation:
Read more text position is not appropriate when there is taxonomy term visible.

To Reproduce:
On front page read more text under every node is not appropriate when there is taxonomy terms

Expected Result:
Read more text should be left or right aligned

Actual Result:
Read more text position is not appropriate when there is taxonomy term visible.

Proposed resolution:
Add width 100% so its always be left aligned.
