Make 'members' field configurable on 'manage form' tab of Private Message entity

The 'members' field cannot be configured on the private message form display page. It needs to be extended as a pseudo field.

Hi Jaypan, i am looking at this fix but does not seep to be portable to V 3 of the module? i need to get the members field configuratble and i am using version 3.0.0-beta2.
my use case is to allow users to message specific users only, those specific users may need to be filters by an entity reference view, would you know if is this at all possible?
