Add setting for custom path

My facet source (View) is a block placed on a page. Since my view doesn't have a path defined, Entity Reference Facet Link doesn't direct the user anywhere -- the facet query string is just appended to the current page. It would be really handy if the formatter had an option for the admin to provide a path in its settings, and then the module constructed the URL accordingly.
