There's an option in the views UI to specify the export filename, and if you use that, then you can set the filename that's used.
I attached the CSV data export to a content view and the button works in D8, but the file name of downloaded file is simply "csv" with no extension. No even the view name used in the filename. How do I change the file name for the download? It must be some way to do it (in D7 it is in the settings), I can't believe people keep renaming the data export files after the downloads.
