Hello,
with the "classic" process plugins of migrate (get, entity_lookup...) can i skip import a value, if the destination field has a specific value?
e.g.:
if the destination field has the value '1' I skip this row.
Or, should i use a custom plugin for this case ?

It seems super useful to check a destination value before performing a migration.
I would be open to adding this to migrate_process_skip. Seems like a good match.
