has no effect. That is because the default collection route just checks for the admin permission.
✨ Allow entities to specify a "collection permission" Fixed is introducing the concept of a collection permission. When that is in, adding a collection permission to media entities will automatically fix the issue.
In addition to that we should add tests to verify that the media overview can be accessed with the access media overview collection when Views is not installed.
