I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong place; I haven't been able to figure out what code or which module is causing the issue.
I used to be able to edit the <img> tags in the "source" editor of the ckeditor, but now it is showing [[{"fid":"239".... markup instead (see image), which makes it much more difficult to edit. Older images that were uploaded prior to this still show as <img> tags. Is there any way to change settings so that it shows the <img> tags again? Thanks in advance for any insight!

Convert media tags to markup is enabled and is first in processing order
Ensure that embedded Media tags are not contained in paragraphs is enabled
