Provide a text filter for WYSIWYG areas

Google is reporting that a lot of my AMP pages are invalid. Upon investigation, the only invalid ones are those that embed images with the entity_embed module inside "body" type fields. The 'img' tag is not being converted to 'amp-img' for these images.

This doesn't seem to happen with video provided you have the amp-youtube library installed.

So for images, it would be cool to have a text filter that can convert these embedded ones to the correct AMP markup. This also means making sure the image has a width and height according to AMP spec: https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-img
