Make hotspots more configurable.

Problem Statement
Currently, the feel of hotspots is pretty simple & fixed. There is no way we can configure hotspot and how they behave. It would be great if we have this configuration available. This will increase the use cases for this module.

Example use cases ideas:

• If we wanted to highlight hotspot with something else, like a background image/color etc?
• Make hotspot clickable.
• Show popup on clicking hotspot.
• Toggle show/hide bottom titles.
• Toggle show/hide tool-tip.
• Better widget for editing/deleting.

Resolution:
Discuss & add accepted functionalities to formatter settings or similar.
