Support other pages (not entities)

Hello guys,

Do you have any plans to add Rabbit hole functionality to the other (not-entity related) pages/routes? I think it will be great to have the same options for any pages.

For example, there is a page "/filter/tips" that in most cases should be hidden (with 403 or 404 status).

Do we already have such module?
Is it out of scope of this module? I guess no :)
Do you need some help to implement it? I'll be able to spend some time for the patch I guess.
