Notice: Undefined index: target_bundles in entityqueue_entity_delete() when deleting any node

This error happens when deleting nodes (and maybe other entities). It happens when you have entity queues that don't use target bundles, but rather views to reference entities.

entityqueue_entity_delete() should be modified to accommodate these types of entity queues and not throw this error.
