I have configured s3fs module. I configured all the setting according to module and I assumed all public folder files should be called from s3 and other files like module based files and theme based files should be called from drupal end. But few files are embedded in the css (css is compressed and css compressed files are in the files folder and they are calling from s3 which fine) file. But I do not understand why the files are calling from s3 with 403(those are embedded in css). Can anyone help me out or can explain why it happening or any suggestion?

Drupal 7 end-of-life triage:
Drupal 7 will reach end of life on January 5th.
The 7.x branches of S3FS do not have any additional planned releases.
Latest Drupal 10/11 releases no longer store CSS/JS in the public:// streamWrapper and instead use a new assets:// wrapper.
Addtionaly we solved this issue in the 8.x-3.x branch prior to core moving away from using the public://wrapper.
