Changing the "save as type" field (in MS Excel's Save As dialog) to CSV UTF-8 (comma delimited) (*.csv) resolved this for me.
I am new to drupal feed.
while i import my CSV file(converted to UTF 8 ( in Web options)) it shows "Source file is not in UTF-8 encoding".
How to overcome this error.
