Default login form on access denied page

I managed to install Better Registration and apply the patch. It works properly from the Login link in the Nav http://maker-events.com/. I had created a custom block to convert a url link to a button and used it for the Add an event Webform. I set /user/login default 403 (access denied) in Configure/System/Basic site settings for Anonymous users. Then if I'm not logged in and I click Add an event, I should get directed to /user/login which it does but it’s not using the Better Registration.

This is similar to "Default login form on error 403 (access denied) page" but his worked after changing /user to /user/login.
