Add settings to select order of exposed filters

Currently, the View UI does not provide settings in the [advanced] filter [exposed form style] settings dialog for controlling the order of the filters.

This problem is very noticeable when using a separate block to display the exposed filters. There doesn't seem to be any way to order the sorting filters and number of items per page filters above the other filter criteria exposed filters.

This feature would also aid in configuring, settings the order of, exposed filters that appear above the results, which currently does not appear to be possible.
