Marketo User API push during cron creates duplicate records in Marketo

Hi, we're running into an issue where the User API pushes from Marketo_ma module occasionally creates a duplicate record for the user on Marketo side. Marketo support says that this is caused by the API trying to create and update too close to each other, and to avoid this we should try extending the time in between the create and update calls.
