Upgrade Documentation for Drupal 8.3.x to 8.4

Hi All

I am currently upgrading a site from Drupal 8.3.7 to 8.4

The requirements are confusing.

In the documentation on the project page it says you can use 8.x-1.x.

It is compatible with Drupal core 8.4.x and there will be an upgrade path when everything is ready to upgrade.

Under compatibility restrictions is say in order to use 8.1 you need to disable the core media module. I do not see a core or experiment media module in 8.4

If you upgrade to 8.4 do I need to turn anything off in core?

I currently use following for media.

Video Embed Field 8.x-1.5+3-dev (2017-Jun-28)
