No more feature requests for this module unfortunately.
It would be great if you guys would add the option to use thumbnails of the images for the pagination (instead of just the grey dots).
I could/would be willing to put some time and effort into this, but I can't get my hands on the D8 code base (see #2907084: Drupal 8 Branch → ).
