In #2902353: Implement CDN → we've removed the Bulma CSS from both the Bulma theme and the default starter kit.
Some subtheme developers may wish to customize Bulma so they can, for example, compile with custom variables.
Given the rapid Bulma release cycle, it probably won't make sense to bundle Bulma SCSS in the starter kit. We could however provide documentation on how to set this up. Or an 'advanced' starterkit configured for a Grunt or equivalent workflow for customizing Bulma. Related: #2903477: Add default node-sass command → .
There's a growing set of contributed Bulma extensions. Ideally, an advanced starterkit and/or documentation would cover how to incorporate extensions into your custom Bulma build.
Documentation on how to use the Bulma customizer would also be useful.
