Usability: On multi-step forms the default submit-button goes back a page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a webform with two pages and a textfield on the second page.
2. Go to the webform and fill the first page and submit (by any means).
3. On the second page fill the fields and hit enter to submit while the focus is on the textfield.

Expected behavior

The page is submitted. If validation passes you land on the next page otherwise you see the validation errors and have a chance to correct them.

Actual result

You’re back to the first page and all values entered on the second page are discarded.
