We have a use case where the order owner is not always the same user as the license owner. After purchase, the license gets associated with other users. For example, a company admin purchases a bunch of license for their employees. After checkout, the licenses get assigned to those employees.
It would be good to provide an option to disable the sync of order owner to license owner. However, this should always be the case for anonymous orders that get assigned to a user after checkout (IMO).
