Add possibility to ignore only certain keys and not the whole coniguration entity.

Config Ignore currently only supports ignoring the whole configuration entity.

But in some cases only some part of the configuration should be ignored while the rest of it can still be deployed.

The proposed solution is to allow ignoring configuration with a : to separate the key.

as far as I know it works. There is explicit tests for it and examples on the modules configuration form.
