Prevent bean_admin_ui from being automatically added to features dependencies

When exporting a bean type with features, the feature automatically picks up "bean_admin_ui" as a dependency, but oddly enough not the bean module itself. This seems like the wrong way around, and live sites don't necessarily need the admin UI.
