Otherwise, can Payments Pro be accessed through Payflow?

The PaymentsPro gateway has been removed from the codebase prior to tagging the beta1 because it wasn't functional.
I did several tests, the call for creating the payment method (endpoint /vault/credit-cards) was working properly but the call for creating a Payment (/payments/payment) wasn't.
For some reason, this API call wasn't even reaching PayPal (it was causing timeouts), once we find the reason that's causing this issue) we should probably be able to put the code back.
I remember the gateway to be functional a few weeks ago, we need to investigate what has changed on PayPal's side or what's wrong in the code.
