Patch is quite old, we need to see if this still applies to the latest release.
We have a site running through Acquia, which has a very powerful Varnish cache running on it. In all dev environments, there's no problem. However, on this live environment, the breadcrumbs are seriously wrong. When viewing "John Smith", it will give the breadcrumb for "Jane Sim".
Even outside of this context, the menu seems to get munged by randomly cached results, I presume because this module is dynamically modifying the menu and that causes Varnish to have a fit.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how this could be solved, or if it's a fundamental problem with how menu_position works (rather than something simpler which just generates the breadcrumbs)?
The other odd thing is that it isn't only for anonymous users, it appears to give false results when logged in, too. Different logins, browsers, all give different results. It's rather a mess!
Thanks
Matt
