"Footer Third" and "Footer Bottom" regions have a typo and are named "Fooder (Third and Bottom)" instead. All that's needed to fix this issue are a few quick changes in lines 29 and 30 of the paxton.info.yml file.

@Aanal.addweb I verified the patch #4 on 9.5.8 and it's working. Added the screenshots for reference.
