I have the w3csss theme installed and also the subtheme. I have the subtheme set as default in appearance.
Is it necessary to copy all of the theme files (css, templates, the like) to corresponding folders in the subtheme? Or just the ones where we want to override. I ask because I've created a w3css_subtheme\css\w3-css\w3.css file to correspond to the d8w3css\css\w3.css file that comes with the base theme and it's not overriding the base file. I've double and triple checked that the folder structures are parallel.
