This list is redundant as an admin should simply be able to enter the metatag or provide a file for any of the services.
I don't think Yahoo exists is a form that requires meta tag validation. In addition to the services currently listed, Pinterest and Twitter both have features that require meta tag validation.
I don't have accounts at Yandex or Baidu, but base on the steps posted at https://www.webnots.com/add-and-verify-your-site-in-yandex-webmaster-tools/ and https://www.webnots.com/add-and-verify-site-in-baidu-webmaster-tools/, all of these can be served by a generic meta tag validation vs. trying to customize UI and validation for each service.
