How to reference taxonomy term in custom search path seperately

I Created a View (with Search API) with filter criteria on some field. I used same field in the Custom Search Block. They are three fields and two of them reference taxonomy.

Regular Search on the View page will give me this url "http://mysite.com/search/?search_text=flat&search_state=All&property_type=All"

I was able to pass search [key] to search_text but the other two tax fields, how do I split the [terms] and distribute them to each field, since regular [terms] in CS url return term:38,1

I have read the issue on the link below, but since am new to drupal I dont want to jump into installing patch.
