Summaries for collapsed paragraphs can get very crowded there are multiple fields attached to the referenced paragraph. Allowing configuration for which fields should be shown would help administrators simplify the display of collapsed paragraphs and exclude fields that are not relevant for helping content editors determine which paragraph they're looking at.
Add a configuration option to fields which excludes them from paragraph summaries.
Attached pach is a very simple implementation of the proposed resolution. Needs further discussion to decide if this is the correct approach.
Adds a single checkbox item to the Field Configuration form.
