I am using the drupal 7 version of the module which is working fine but I really want to assign the inline node to a menu item but I cant do this via the inline node edit form. Instead I need to add the relevant nodes inline and then go back and edit each one as an individual node and tick the menu element there. Is there any way this could be included into the module or is there another add on module which will allow this?

But please note that if you are still using Drupal 7 and would like for this functionality to be added to the D7-compatible version of IEF, then our limited resources and lack of interest may prevent that from ever happening.
