PDF Reader does not work in the file entity when adding/editing a display

I'm using the module on my project and I'm facing a problem with integrating it with file_entity module.
If you use the module and you applied the 'PDF Reader' format in a display directly on a file field it works correctly.
But if you use the file_entity module to add a custom display mode from admin/structure/file-types/manage/document/edit/display the PDF Reader will not be applied.

To solve my problem I need to enable the 'PDF Reader' format in the URI field.

Thanks for the patch!

After applying this, it works with file, a media type, or a file type (which I guess is not that used anymore, but doesn't hurt).
