Can't redirect from /pagename?field_value[0]=value_here

A client asked me to temporarily remove an exposed filter in a view and redirect people who might have bookmarked that URL to a static basic page.

So we need /pagename?field_value[0]=value_here to go to /anotherpagename

We've been trying for hours to find a solution to this, through redirect module or .htaccess, but without any luck. The site says the redirect is in place, but it actually doesn't redirect at all.

Can someone help?
