Add option to enable IMCE by default for new file/image fields

I normally have enabled IMCE on all my projects and use it on all file and image fields.
However, sometimes I forget to update the content type's form display to enable IMCE for my newly added file/image fields.

I would hugely appreciate an "Enable IMCE for new fields by default"-option in the settings page.

Hi, is this feature still in dev version of IMCE? Issue was reported in 2017. o.O
