Incorrect Path to File when Uploading File

When uploading a file with DropzoneJS (using Entity Browser), the file appears to upload correctly (thumbnail appears). However, hovering over the thumbnail image shows "Unable to open wrapper stream." When you try to select an image, it registers as no image being uploaded and this message is in the logs:

Warning: fopen(://a_landscape_without_comparison_tuparro_natural_park.jpg.txt): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Drupal\dropzonejs\UploadHandler->handleUpload() (line 141 of /var/www/html/modules/contrib/dropzonejs/src/UploadHandler.php)
