The catalog and tags filters for 7.x work on the catalog and tags fields, respectively. However the Socrata Catalog Search API doman_category and domain_tags fields have more data and require the domain ("search_context") parameter to work correctly. For the 8.x version, we are leaving out those filters for now.
To make this work we need to either require the domain filter as well and change the parameter keyword, "domain" vs "search_context", depending on what filters are selected or have a compound filter with two parameters.
