Drupal 7 is no longer supported.
But I will leave this open because the RulesAction to update the energy was never ported to versions of Drupal higher than 7. Leaving this open will help me track some of these unported features and allow us to see what known problems the D7 version of those features had.
If you would like to see this feature in Radioactivity 4, please consider providing a patch!
