Create the listings rows

We want to use a view mode on users to generate our listings row, similar to D7 OpenCRM:

Photo | Name                                      | ID: 1
      | Town/Postcode                             | email
      | Roles                                     |

Let's make photo, name and ID all links to the contact page (we've had issues in D7 where name is empty for various reasons so you can't click through). Photo needs to have a placeholder if there isn't one (but not a field default).
