Sorry that you didn't get a response, I hope you worked it out.
I have some trouble to export field collections.
Firstly, I have no clue on how to find the twig template name for each field and/or for the view.
I have also tried to alter the data with hook_views_post_execute or with hook_views_pre_render but I couldn't understand what to do in those hook.
If someone can give me a hint, it could be very nice!!
