Issue with publishing nodes which have moderation states through VBO.
I get the following error when I try to publish nodes. "No access to execute on the Content ."
This was fixed with the patch from

I was then greeted with "One or more entities were skipped as they are under moderation and may not be directly published or unpublished." when I tried to publish the node.
To fix this I had to create a new action in VBO based on gravypowers code https://gist.github.com/gravypower/b16fd52474b8ddad883215af85fa898a
The above solution only works as UID 1.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
The fact that you can't just publish nodes that are "under moderation" is super obnoxious. We're also getting "cannot be edited" messages too. I have no idea how I can publish this content that is in a draft state even as an administrator.
