Clientside validation fires before Stripe payment form is presented to user.
If there are clientside validation errors, Stripe payment form does not get presented to user.
Clientside validation never fires.
Stripe payment form is shown to user even when there are form validation errors.
Move "Stripe payment" pane to "Review" page.
