Don't display migration notice on book node preview

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://www.drupal.org/documentation/modules/contributions →
Click "Add child page" > https://www.drupal.org/node/add/book?parent=5140 →
Fill in the form and click "Preview".
A warning is displayed: "This documentation needs to be migrated to the new Documentation system." This links to https://www.drupal.org/migrate/documentation/ →
This page returns a 404 error.
