Title module breaks functionality

The module works as intended without Title -module enabled. If a user enables title-module and selects to replace title-field with a field that title-module provides the field name changes from 'title' => 'field_title'.

This will make it so that the hook_form_alter does not add the necessary div's that the modules javascript is hooking itself into and thus they wont get triggered. I added a small snippet to the module to make it add them depending if the module is enabled or not.

There is probably a lot nicer way of making this work but for now this should suffice.
