G2 does not abide by unpublished status

G2 nodes with an unpublished or pending moderation status are not handled correctly for users without administrative permissions.

* They appear as "offline", without a link in the G2 Latest block instead of disappearing.
* They are not listed in g2/entries/ (this is correct), but node/(nid) allows access (wrong).
