Image not optimizing in sites/default/files folder

We are facing below mentioned issue regarding image magick module,

We installed Drupal (version 7.41 ) in acquia server.

We installed ImageMagick 7.x-1.0(Module).

File was optimized in styles (sites/default/files/styles/) folder.

Issues
1) But the file was not optimized inside default files folder (sites/default/files/). Since we are using this images across the site. We want this files to optimize.
2) Also, Image not optimized when we uploading images from backend (www.DomainName/file/add) from this path

Any help would be appreciative.
